• Use of Data: Your data is used only to manage your participation, share essential event updates, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except for essential event partners who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

• Photo/Video Consent: By attending our events, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during the festival for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform our team at check-in.

• Data Storage: All personal data is stored securely and will be retained only as long as necessary for administrative or legal purposes.

• Your Rights: You may request to access, update, or delete your data at any time by contacting us at info@bachataAmor.com.

2. Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending BachataAmor Festivals, you agree to the following terms:

• Non-transferable Tickets: All tickets are personal and non-transferable unless officially changed through our name-change procedure (see refund/cancellation policy).

• No Entry Without Wristband: Entry will only be granted to individuals wearing a valid festival wristband. Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced.

• No Outside Food or Drinks: Bringing your own food or alcohol into the event venues is strictly prohibited. Bars and food options are available inside.

• No Refunds After Wristband Is Checked: Once your wristband has been issued and/or scanned at the event, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

• Workshops & Artistic Direction: All workshops follow the current Bachata community standards. Differences in style, technique, or teaching methodology will not be grounds for refund or complaint.

• Behavior & Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Any breach of conduct (including intoxication, aggression, or harassment) may result in removal without refund.
   

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• We understand that plans can change, but organizing large-scale dance festivals requires careful planning and commitment. For this reason, our cancellation and refund policy is strict:

• No Standard Cancellations or Refunds: Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable except in the event of a full festival cancellation by the organizers.

• Name Change Option: Name changes are allowed for a €10 administration fee, up to [insert deadline date, e.g., 2 weeks before the event]. After this date, no name changes will be processed.

• Artist or Schedule Changes: The lineup is subject to change. No refunds will be issued in case of changes in artist(s), DJs, or program content.

• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, public health restrictions), we reserve the right to modify or reschedule the event. Refunds, if applicable, will follow a separate communication process.

• By purchasing a ticket, you accept and agree to these conditions.
